Centrifugal rotors which convert the power of the wind into renewable energy through an electrical generator, whether they have a vertical or horizontal axis, require maintenance and periodic replacement of wind turbine brake pads which we are well placed to supply.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility uses the latest equipment and has the capacity to manufacture all types of friction applications, which far exceed original specifications and give significant improvements in performance and wear life over original specifications due to the latest manufacturing techniques and stringent quality control processes.
After many years of development, our formulators have perfected medium friction, rigid, non-metallic material that has exceptional mechanical resistance and may be used dry or immersed in oil. This formulation has proved to be the perfect solution for noise issues. The stringent testing proved that due to lack of residue and debris, these yaw pads reduce noise pollution dramatically. Several years after their first installation, the yaw pads continue to work efficiently, whilst maintaining an acceptable level of noise.
Whilst many companies offer a cheap alternative, far eastern imported pad, our focus, as always, is to use vast experience and knowledge to ensure the latest cutting edge materials and processes to provide the best product available today, giving our clients significant improvement in wear and performance.
